A tailored therapeutic massage at Relax and Restore begins with a conversation. We look at what muscle areas are tight or causing discomfort, assess the range of motion of the specific targeted area and from this assessment we make a treatment plan of which muscles to target during massage treatment. A 60 minute tailored massage will focus on the specific targeted muscles, applying a combination of relaxation and sports techniques to flush the area, working with muscle fibres, attachments and ligaments to improve range of motion.

Initial appointments for tailored massage are 60 minutes. once an assessment has been made you may be advised to book the 45 minute time slot for your follow up treatment.

Hop onto a prewarmed cosy table for a deeply relaxing massage, applying rhythmical gentle massage style to encourage the nervous system to drop into deep relaxation and hot towels to ease areas of tension.

For the 90 minute option: Choose 4 areas to focus on out of - Feet, Legs, Back, Arms/Hands, Neck, Head, Face. Finish with a grounding sweep over the body.

For the 2hr Deluxe option: Begin your relaxation from the moment you step into the cosy warm room. Slip into the cosiest of fluffy robes before you enter your medicinal foot soak and receive a full body massage treatment with extra relaxation time at the end to soak the relaxed state of deep rest.

A wonderful way to destress and switch off, soaking away aches, pains and built up tension whilst sipping a hot herbal tea. This is followed by a holistic foot massage by applying reflexology points to assist in whole body wellbeing.
